After playing Vegas for a bit I noticed, as I am sure most of you did the first achievement is not currently available to people who were a decent rank on the previous Vegas. Although a patch is currently being created I thought I would contact UbiSoft's support section and get the skinny on the situation.
When starting the game players of the previous vegas are given rewards and this means that we cannot gain the first achievement for ranking up. This means we cannot get 1000/1000. Is there any plan to release a patch for this?

If you beat an entire level without quitting.. then it stays on Realistic. Otherwise... if you quit halfway through a mission.. and then go back to it and beat it on realistic, it won't count for the achievement.
Dont hit continue, you have to reload a scene and select realistic if u quit.
You will need to go back and check to see if each level was beat on Realistic? You can do this by going to story mode then scene selection and at each scene it will say casual, normal, and realistic and have a check next to ones you completed it on
After you beat the game on realistic and dont get the achievement. Have someone else host a game so you can be Knight and replay 2 scenes on realistic and it should unlock.
